概述
GD32A71x/GD32A72x/GD32A74 x系列车规级MCU采用了超高性能ARM® Cortex®-M7内核,支持单核、双核、单核锁步等三种配置,具有120/160MHz两种主频,算力高达763DMIPS,并配备了最高4MB片上 Flash和512KB SRAM,支持双Flash BANK,可满足无缝OTA升级需求。芯片采用2.97-5.5V宽电压供电,工作温度范围-40~+125℃,符合AEC-Q100 grade1标准,工作寿命15年以上,为系统安全稳定运行提供硬件保障。为实现多样化的车身控制和互联应用,该系列产品集成了丰富的外设接口,支持8路 CAN FD,12路 LIN多路高速车用总线接口,以及AVB和TSN的1x10/100Mbps以太网接口。支持6路SENT接口,满足底盘应用需求。在安全可靠性方面,GD32A71x/72x系列符合ISO26262 ASIL B标准,GD32A74x系列符合ISO26262 ASIL D标准,并均满足国际Evita-full标准信息安全要求,以及支持国密算法SM2/3/4,满足网络安全标准ISO21434,助力出海需求。GD32A71x/72x/74x产品组合提供了5种封装共24个型号选择。
