概述
GD32E502 产品系列采用Cortex®-M33 32 位处理器内核,工作频率高达 100 MHz。提供高达 384 KB 的片上闪存和高达 48 KB 的 SRAM。各种增强型 I/O 和外设连接到两条 APB 总线。该产品系列提供两个 12 位 ADC、一个 DAC、一个比较器、多达一个通用 16 位定时器、两个基本定时器、四个 PWM 高级定时器,以及标准和高级通信接口:多达 2 个 SPI、2 个 I2C、3 个 USART、1 个 I2S 和 2 个 CAN-FD。还包括其他外设,如触发选择控制器(TRIGSEL)、多功能通信接口(MFCOM)、DMA 请求多路复用器(DMAMUX)。
GD32E502 产品系列采用 2.7 至 5.5 V 电源供电,温度范围为 –40 至 +125 °C。多种省电模式为在唤醒延迟和功耗之间实现最大优化提供了灵活性,这在低功耗时尤为重要。
