概述
GD32入门级MCU采用领先的工艺和核心架构,为开发人员提供增强的处理能力、更大的存储容量和更丰富的片上资源,同时降低成本。入门级产品阵容包括3大产品线和7个产品系列,适用于工业控制、电机驱动、人机界面、电力监控和报警系统、消费类和手持设备、游戏和GPS、电动自行车等各种成本敏感的应用场景。为客户提供了替换或增强传统 8 位和 16 位MCU的产品选择,从而能够直接升级到高速主流 32 位 Cortex® 架构。

GD32E23x超值产品系列,基于 Cortex®-M23 内核,主频高达72MHz。对于需要紧凑设计的 MCU 和嵌入式应用,该系列通过小巧而强大的指令集和广泛优化的设计提供优异能效,提供包括单周期乘法器和 17 周期除法器在内的高级处理功能。
GD32E23x提供高达 128KB 的嵌入式闪存和高达 16KB 的 SRAM,各种增强型外设资源。它采用1.8V至3.6V电源供电,工作温度范围为-40°C至85°C。该系列提供三种省电模式,可在唤醒延迟和功耗之间实现最佳平衡。
可广泛适用于工业控制、电机驱动、人机界面、电源监控和报警系统、消费类和手持设备、游戏和GPS、电动自行车等应用场景。

GD32F3x0 系列专为低成本应用设计,沿用 Cortex®-M4高性能内核的卓越性能,主频高达108MHz。为客户提供了替换或增强传统 8 位和 16 位MCU的产品选择。
GD32F3x0 产品系列具有更高的运行主频、丰富的外设资源、增强的性能和更低的成本。为成本敏感型应用(如工业电机、变频驱动器和节能应用)提供了经济高效的解决方案。
为了帮助客户充分利用产品的优势,GD32F3x0系列与GD32F1x0和GD32E23x全系列保持软硬件兼容。适用于工业自动化、人机界面、电机控制、家用电器、打印机、多媒体播放器及电子玩具、LED显示、智能读卡器、电动车、飞行器、机器人等多种应用场合。

GD32F1x0 产品系列采用 Cortex®-M3内核,工作频率高达 72 MHz,具有零等待闪存访问功能,可实现最高效率。它提供高达 64 KB 的片上闪存和高达8KB的SRAM 存储器。各种增强型 I/O 和外设连接到两条 APB 总线。
该产品系列提供一系列标准和高级通信接口,采用 2.6 至 3.6 V 电源供电,工作温度范围为 –40 至 +85 °C。几种省电模式为在唤醒延迟和功耗之间实现最大优化提供了灵活性,这在低功耗应用中尤为重要。
广泛适用于工业控制、电机驱动、用户界面、电源监控和报警系统、消费类和手持设备、游戏和 GPS、电动自行车等应用领域。
