概述

GD32E5系列MCU基于Cortex®-M33内核的32位通用微控制器。GD32E5系列基于最新Armv8-M架构的Cortex®-M33内核,处理器主频最高可达180MHz,内置硬件乘/除法器并提供了完整的DSP指令集和单精度浮点运算单元(FPU),还配备了全新的硬件三角函数加速器(TMU),可支持矢量、正余弦、指数、平方根、常用对数等数学三角运算,以减轻CPU负担并提高处理效率,从而推动以数字信号处理为中心的高级计算应用。

GD32E5配备了128KB到512KB的Flash及80KB到128KB的SRAM,双bank嵌入式闪存支持读写同步操作,还内置了用于任务隔离的内存保护单元(MPU)用于提高系统可靠性。芯片采用1.7V-3.6V供电,I/O口可承受5V电平。内置的电源管理单元更加优化并提供了5种全新省电模式。

GD32E5内置了全新的超高精度定时器HRTimer,与其它外设丰富的联动机制更可以产生开关电源、电机控制等各种实际需要的高频波形。还集成了3个12位2.6M SPS采样率的高性能ADC, 2个12位DAC,3个快速比较器。GD32E5为实现广泛的工控和互联应用配备了更为丰富的标准外设资源:多达9个16位通用定时器、2个16位高级矢量控制定时器、1个32位通用定时器、2个16位基本定时器和2个多通道DMA控制器。通讯接口则多达6个UART、3个SPI、3个I2C、2个I2S和1个SDIO。还集成了3个CAN-FD模块。广泛适用于高精度工业控制、数字电源、电机逆变器、测量仪器、混合信号处理、高端消费类产品等广泛应用场景。
