概述
GD32E23x超值产品系列,基于 Cortex®-M23 内核,主频高达72MHz。对于需要紧凑设计的 MCU 和嵌入式应用,该系列通过小巧而强大的指令集和广泛优化的设计提供优异能效,提供包括单周期乘法器和 17 周期除法器在内的高级处理功能。
GD32E23x系列 MCU提供高达 128KB 的嵌入式闪存和高达 16KB 的 SRAM。各种增强型 I/O 和片上外设连接到两条 APB 总线。MCU 系列提供 1 个 12 位 ADC 和 1 个比较器、5 个通用 16 位定时器、一个基本定时器、1 个 PWM 高级定时器,以及标准和高级通信接口:最多 2 个 SPI、2 个 I2C、2 个 USART 和 1 个 I2S。它采用1.8V至3.6V电源供电,工作温度范围为-40°C至85°C。
GD32E23x系列提供三种省电模式,可在唤醒延迟和功耗之间实现优异平衡,这对于低功耗应用来说是一个重要的考虑因素。可广泛适用于工业控制、电机驱动、人机界面、电源监控和报警系统、消费类和手持设备、游戏和GPS、电动自行车等应用场景。
